Book an
appointment
Whether you are just curious about the market or if you are ready to move, booking an appointment is the very first step. During this call, we’ll ask you some questions about your home and your plans so that I can provide you with the best advice when we meet.

Face to face
consultation
We’ll visit you at your home to introduce myself and to get a better understanding of what you are looking to achieve. Following this chat, We’ll ask you to walk us around your home and outside spaces. During the tour, we’ll be asking you lots of questions to get a real understanding of your home. We’ll then advise you on anything that could be done to maximise the value of your property.

Proposal
Following my visit, we’ll provide you with a report that outlines our thoughts on the current value and a suggested marketing price, as well as comparable evidence. We’ll also go through costs and my suggestions regarding the marketing that will best serve your home, make it truly stand out and ultimately achieve the best price.

Going
Ahead
When you would like to proceed, we’ll revisit you at home to put together a plan with you so you have full clarity on what is happening and when. This will be booking in our staging and styling consultant, photographers, videographer and EPC professional. I’ll also walk you through the ID checks and other paperwork. It’s at this time, we’ll inform my buying agent contacts about your property and prepare teaser ads for our social media channels.

Marketing
Once the photography, video and EPC has been completed, we’ll have our designers draft a beautiful brochure for you to approve. If we both agree everything looks as good as it can, then we’ll go ahead and launch the property on the open market.

On the
Market
We’ll be in regular contact with you to let you know about enquiries and viewings, and will arrange regular visits to discuss progress.

Sale
Agreed
As well as handling the viewings personally, we’ll deal with all negotiations on your behalf to ensure we get you the best price. Once the buyer has gone through our due diligence process, we’ll ensure everything is done in a timely manner to ensure we exchange contracts as quickly as possible.
